Simplify installation with our adjustable leg system door fronts in 7 different styles and over 20 different Thermofoil colors, complemented by pristine white backs, all crafted from robust ¾” particle board for lasting durability and visual appeal.
Constructed from ⅝” particle board, the sides of our cabinets are fortified with a polypropylene layer on both interior and exterior surfaces, offering superior resistance to scratches, moisture, and fading.
The structural integrity of our cabinets is enhanced by dowelling the tops and bottoms directly on the sides. This ensures a solid construction with wall cabinets featuring complete tops and bottoms, and base cabinets equipped with a full bottom and dual top stretchers for additional stability and storage capability.
Back panels are fabricated from ¼” MDF, with rear stretchers dowelled into the sides and situated behind the backs for straightforward installation. This design aids in maintaining the square shape of the cabinets, with stretchers measuring ⅝” in thickness for extra strength.
Our cabinetry offers versatile storage solutions with full-depth shelves in wall cabinet, eliminating the need for shimming. This system allows for up to 1 ⅛” height adjustment and clips on easily without the need for tools. Cabinets under 33” include four legs, while those 33” and wider come with six. Pre-drilled bottoms facilitate easy leg attachment, streamlining the assembly process.
Door Material: Choose from four unique thermofoil colors for door fronts, complemented by classic white door backs, crafted from durable 3/4" particle board with a sleek, smooth finish.
Side Panels: The sides of our cabinets are constructed from durable 5/8" particle board, coated inside and out with a polypropylene layer that effectively resists scratches, moisture, and fading, ensuring longevity and maintaining their aesthetic appeal over time.
Tops/Bottoms: The tops and bottoms of the cabinets are securely dowelled into the sides for added stability. Wall cabinets feature complete tops and bottoms, while base cabinets are designed with a solid bottom and two top stretchers for enhanced support and structural integrity.
Backs: Cabinet backs are crafted from 1/4" MDF, with rear stretchers dowelled into the sides behind the backs to facilitate installation and ensure the cabinets remain square. These stretchers have a thickness of 5/8".
Shelves: Wall shelves extend the full depth, while standard base cabinets feature half-depth shelves. All shelves come with the flexibility of adjustability.
Adjustable Legs (not shown): No shimming needed, adjustable leg system has up to 11/8" of height adjustment. Easily clips on without tools. 4 included in cabinets less than 33", 6 included in cabinets 33" wide and greater. All bottoms are pre-drilled to receive legs.
Drawers: The drawers in these cabinets boast metal sides with a soft-closing feature for smooth operation. Their backs and bottoms, crafted from 5/8" particle board and coated with a polypropylene layer, offer resistance to scratches, moisture, heat, and stains.
Hinges: Our standard hinges come with an integrated soft-close feature and a wide 100° opening angle for ease of use. Crafted from all metal or steel and finished in nickel plating, these hinges are 6-way adjustable, offering unparalleled adaptability. Additionally, they are backed by a Lifetime Warranty, ensuring lasting performance and peace of mind.
Materials: Our cabinets are designed with both safety and style in mind, adhering to ATCM and TSCA Title VI
Compliance standards, with an option for Ultra Low Emission Formaldehyde (ULEF) materials to ensure healthier
indoor environments. The interiors of all cabinets are finished in a pristine white, while the exteriors of the sides are carefully matched to the cabinet doors for a seamless look. Constructed from durable 5/8" particle board and enhanced with a protective polypropylene surface layer, our cabinets are built to resist scratches, moisture, heat, and stains, making them a robust choice for any setting.
