Ordering

MHD offers an online registration page for new and existing customers, which can be accessed at MHD – Register. Registering online provides numerous benefits, including easy access to our extensive product catalog, streamlined ordering processes, and the ability to track your orders and manage your account from anywhere. If your online account is not set up but you want to place an order, you can contact Multi-Housing Depot directly by phone at 1-800-253-3855 option 6 or by email at ar@gomhd.com. Our dedicated team will assist you in finishing the set-up process, as well as answer any questions you may have.

If you forgot your login information for your Multi-Housing Depot online account, you can reset your password by clicking the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. Yes, we accept credit card payments for orders. Our online ordering platform is equipped for secure credit card transactions, or you can provide card details over the phone to your account manager.

Services

Additionally, MHD offers proprietary renovation software for managing cabinet refacing projects and features back-office integrations such as Ops Technology and Nexus.

MHD provides on-site delivery to your job site and directly into each unit, but we do not offer installation services at this time.

We offer removal services for old appliances as part of your order. To arrange this service, please mention it when placing your order or discuss it with your account manager.

MHD provides Uncrate & Set services for appliances, countertops, and cabinets, delivering orders directly to your units. This service saves your maintenance and renovations teams the effort of moving heavy items up stairs and into units. Partner with MHD for a hassle-free delivery experience.
